The manufacturer is a natural or legal person who develops or manufactures products with digital elements, or has them designed, developed or manufactured, and markets them under their name or trademark F-011.

Two corollaries catch people. Marketing a product under your own name makes you the manufacturer even if someone else built it F-106. And integrating components into a product of your own makes you the manufacturer of that product F-104 — the component authors do not carry your product's duties for you.
